My first foray into this new style. I just sat down, started drawing, and when I stopped to look at it again, this is what was there. Kinda like a direct download from the muse, I guess. Fun stuff. I've had a lot of people interpret this pic differently.

I spent a good few weeks on this. Come to think of it, this pic's gotta be at least half a year old now. Wow...

Anyway, this is Shade's "modern" design, the one I use for board RPing and all that fun stuff. She's the same character as the more medieval looking "past" version of herself, this is just a few years into her future. Only it's the present. The other one is past. Oh hell, you know what I mean, right?

I liked this pic a lot more a few days ago, when I first finished it, but I still kind of like it... And despite the fact that it took me what must have been hours upon hours to color it, I think working in more detail is fun. I wish my tablet worked with my computer though (it seems to work on every other computer but mine, I guess its the motherboard or something)... it would have made it easier, and probably better. The sky is from a photo I took with the digital camera from my dad's work (I dont want to have to give it back, that thing is fun to play with...), that I smudged around a bit. I dont think you can really tell that its a photo.
I especially like the sun that I made, which actually looks like a real sun, and not a spikey yellow ball. Joy. :)

This is "my" character Nogg. I made him up all by myself. He may resemble a character many of you may be familiar with, but if you notice, there are TINY, insignificant differences, which make him an ORIGINAL CHARACTER. Nogg is (c) to me. Yup. Mmm hmm.

A silly birthday pic for Viva. Glee!

3am. 3am and I have kind of a history together. We do not get along. That is to say, if I wake up in the middle of the night, unable to get back asleep, it's 3am. Stress/nightmares/whatever wake me, it's 3am. Nothing good happens at 3am. By the time it's 3am in the morning, you're usually too "overtired" to fall asleep, but its still too early to actually get up. So yeah, end rant.

I guess I'm filling my quota of off topic art for the moment. I like this picture if anything, just because I managed to do something with perspective. I usually don't even try. It's actually a fairly accurate simplification of my room, aside from the fact that my desk hasn't been that clean since I got it, and a few things are missing.

This just started as a random doodle... but you know, I really do miss her. My ferret. Not that that helps this picture make much more sense. *shrugs* The style of the ferret was inspired by Roux's cute little... little Roux. :)

Stripes are so much easier to draw by hand, instead of squiggling them in with the mouse after scanning (like the last pic I did...my wrist hurt after that...) I just played around with a filter I never use for the background, because I thought it looked kinda cool for once. Spikey!

It was my Dad's birthday yesterday, this is the card I gave him, but I erased the Happy Birthday part for this upload. Am I a loving daughter, or just too cheap to buy a card? You decide.

Heh. My mother's kept everything I ever drew (?) for her. Who knew? This is a "good luck" cat I drew for her when she was feeling down. Her favorite color is green.... I don't do a lot of pencil crayon stuff anymore, but I think they're more fun than Photoshop. I jus wanted a few more hand colored pictures in my archive, so I dug these up.

I lost my ferret, Zoey, on thursday last week. She was almost six, which I suppose is a pretty good age to live 'til, for a ferret, but... *sigh*... This is an old pic from sometime last year, drawn from a photo, but I felt I had to post something. Goodbye, my friend.
