Halloween idea number two! Well, actually number one, but executed second. I was doodling a bat when it turned into a zombie dog, and as I farther doodled it became this! It was too neat to keep as a sketch. And yes, crookedness on purpose...

art trade with Keihound, probably the last thing I'll get in for a bit due to school starting soon. I was going to use my friend Melek's tablet he let me borrow, but I decided some watercolour practice couldn't hurt. Plus, I have never used a tablet in my life... need to get used to it first. I really like how sunny and simple this turned out, plus the watercolours seemed to really work out well inside the inks for once.

Commission for Kladagi, last one on my list, yay! Klandagi's Celestial form, kickin' some demon ass with sheer strength if spirit, and a handy Gladius (that's the sword she's holding). This one was a long time in the making, tons of busy stuff came up. In fact I am going to be very busy soon with school, so if anyone is interested in a commission, check my journal often for info, or send me a note or an email.

Late birthday gift for me friend, Selunca! She's not usually a kitty, but she's been liking of the kitties lately so I drew her as one is a wierd portrait. I've never uploaded a .GIF image before, let alone one with transparencies, so I don't really know how this is going to turn out. So it sucks, sorry I'm a beginner. And if not, then that's sweet. Happy belated birthday Selunca!

A little something for and of my bunny boy, because I miss him so... I think he hates being called a bunny. ^^ and heck if I know what his character design is. Different shades and patterns of bunny fur seem to suit him at different times. Photoshop under sketch, 45 minutes.

Finished commission for phoenix pie, of herself and her boyfriend sharing a romantic moment watching the night sky. I wish I had more to say about this, all of it turned out pretty much how I wanted it so, save the main dark portion of the sky. I think it would have done without being so dark, but it still looks pretty good overall.

Long time owed commission for luniara of deviantart, who had the coolest idea for a commission without pre-developed characters! I really enjoyed this one, a chance to flex my muscles as far as scaled dragons go. I have a pretty good method of painting all those scales now, I just need me a better set of acrylics now.

My half of a trade with Cekx in return for some wonderful little adpotables she did of my characters! they are so so cute, I couldn't pass up the oppertunity for after she did a bunch of them as gifts, including one of Wolf Nymph. I tried to do a portrait, but I think I just don't have it in me... at least not right now. I should practice these more often >.<; Thank you cekx!

Revised design of my self representative character, Wolf Nymph! She's a wolf/dog mix, but I thought I'd include her wings in the reference. Wolf Nymph isn't exactly her name, it's more of her title, like 'archduke' or something.

*whew* I finished up Kahateni's commission. This is truely a mixed media piece, I used all my tricks including markers, coloured pencils, watercolour, gouache, acrlic, and even the new (for me) chalk pastels. This took me a long time collectively because of size (14" X 17"), detail (i.e. wings) and some technical difficulties with the clouds, which I think I salvaged ok. They ended up looking more like huge clusters of rainbow frog eggs instead of clouds, but at least it's somewhat pleasing to look at. ><; A detail image can be found in my sketches section.

Part two of Trikkeh's commission, styled like my two corset pieces I did for Graywolf's Laced portfolio. For sale at AC, if anyone is going by the way. I won't be there, but a lot of my work in portfolios will be. Anyhow, I really like the way the tree trunks turned out on this one. These two projects with Trikkeh have shown me I can do some cool stuff without watercolour as well (these are all marker and coloured pencil). Also Prints are available of these two pieces, permission given by trikkeh because they feature her character.

A very involved trade with The Feline Canine which turned out pretty cool. Her two characters, species; Khaosdogs, romping in an entirely random setting plus tree. Because, I like da trees... and so does she! I like how this turned out, but I need some major work on doing whole environments and backgrounds, especially with piecing together all the environmental elements so it looks more natural. Hope she likes it!

Younger versions of both Mack and Judy Tangerine, because I couldn't keep my dirty artist paws off of them. XD There are only subtle differences. Mack's scar isn't there, his ears aren't as torn, and Judy has no eye dots. Plus Mack is of saner mind when he's younger, he goes kind of crazy and feral, acts more like an animal when he gets older.

A trade/gifty thing for Bastek! I had started and half coloured one picture for her, but was totally unsatisfied with it, so I made this instead. Two totally different things for me in my art, the perspective and dramatic lighting. The perspective part wasn't so hard, though I'm pretty positive there are mistakes in there, the lighting is what got me.

Although I should have been doing other things, I painted/drew this instead. A female of favourite dog breed (American Eskimo) meets another spitz dog (a male Wychlea) and it looks like they hit it off. =)

My contribution to the Corvids portfolio, featuring many of the same artists who are in the Serpentes portfolio. I was accepted into it last minute, and was able to come up with something I rather like on short notice. This bird is a Bushy-crested Jay, unlocking a secret door for birds hidden in a stone wall. Beautiful bird, a tropical corvid I believe.

My contribution to the Serpentes Portfolio, organized by Jadewolf and Thornwolf, featuring the art of the organizers themselves plus; Northwolf, Kyoht, Kenket, Naryu, Goldenwolf, Dragoncreator, Vantid, and more! My naga here is based off a series of Japanese legends featuring snake women who marry human men, take them under water to live with them, and in return grant immortality. She is also based off a ryukyu odd-tooth snake, known in Japan as an Akamata. Beautiful snake, I indulged on the red a tad, and also the face markings. Took me a while to complete, but I'm very happy with the result!
