Feather

My character Itsumi with Lysander's feather. Little 5"x7" watercolor painting, just to test them out. I hate trying to mix colors, I get a nice one and then I usually run out of it and have to remix, except I can't get it right the second time around. Rar.

Cigarettes in both my last drawings are a purely coincidental thing. ;)

Sasha

Russian doggy chick. Yea. An experiment in markers, I tried to focus on color variation rather than proper shadowing. It was interesting.

Will be on sale at EF unless I get a good offer between now and then.

Summer

Gift for my roomie to match a frame which right now displays a piece I find horrifying and he agreed to replace it if I did something instead. X)

This is 11x14 and scanned pretty horribly. I gave up trying to guess how to match the colors via photoshop because my laptop's screen doesn't display them properly anyway. It's nice and vivid irl. Tried a slightly different body type to my norm, a bit more stocky. But I'm afraid I made her head a bit too big. D:

Long overdue commission for the awesome and very patient Blue_Panther. Marker, pencil and ink for the lines.

Trying to get the rest of them done between getting robbed on the French Riviera (see LJ for details). Ah, life. :3

Ahh. Pretty much the only thing I've finished in weeks. Gift for a friend's birthday. Neato texture, I got inspired by art my roommate got from Skadjer. So awesome.

Commie Shin

Haw. I've been working on and off on this for a year at least. It was supposed to be done for last year's EF, but I never had time to finish. I might or might not color this up in photoshop eventually. Not my best inking job, but it's ok I guess.

Fruit

I drew a lot of fruit themed pictures for FC this year. X)
Definitely not that great, it was done in one night on little sleep just chilling in Oregon. But it looked small and cute all framed together, so it's all good.

Fruit Snack

A collaboration between Zaush and I. BNG brought canvas board with him from the UK when I was staying at their place pre-FC and I decided to try it out. So I sketched the wolf and got Adam to sketch the Citra, and then I inked and colored it all. I can't use acrylics worth crap so I decided to color it in marker. It works, but it's more difficult to use the canvas than normal paper because of the heavy texture.

Popsicle

One of the FC pieces (and for those who have been asking, everything sold by the way). All in .5 HB mechanical pencil, and it was 11"x14". I tend to screw up anatomy more than usual when working at big sizes for some reason though.

Months ago I asked people what I should draw for upcoming art shows. Someone mentioned cow and how no one ever draws them so I did. Not my thing (neither are big breasts), but I got really tired of wolves and foxes so voila. This was completed a while ago, just got around to posting now that FC is over and it got a new home.

Birthday present for my man. I have really missed doing graphite work, and am a bit rusty. This thing is huge and was scanned in 4 parts. Uh.. I think I should be prevented from trying to draw shiney horse fur with no reference in the future. X)

Watercolors, markers, pencils.

Couple of really small drawings I did for the EF art show. I think I'll do more stuff like this, it was fun!

Decided to try something more realistic (well, sort of) sans cartoony eyes. Avec penis. I love this paper. It's just normal stationary paper I got years ago but the texture is awesome for just linework like this. Sold this lovely man at EF.
