He was made using transparent Polyshrink plastic coloured in with coloured pencils and varnished with a solid plastic varnish before having a silver ring and some leather cord threaded through the top and tied in a tight knot.

This car dangler was commissioned by CoyoteWoof via my livejournal.
He was made using transparent Polyshrink plastic coloured in with coloured pencils and varnished with a solid plastic varnish before having some leather cord threaded through the top and tied in a tight knot.
Sadly the plastic warped a fair bit on this commission, I had to do a lot of fixing on the general shape using a knife and some sandpaper but he's still a bit wonky.
