Sandy Morningstar... the black-tailed prairie dog.

She's my character that's based off of no other than Sandy, my pet prairie dog. I've had her for a while, but haven't gotten around to drawing a decent picture of her for a ref, so this outta do. Yeah, she's pudgy - and she shows it off. She doesn't give a fuck what you think about her. She's got incredibly long fingers and large hands, her hair is short and crazy and natural colored... she has a labret piercing, since she likes them and it accentuates her bucked teeth that she likes. She's short - only about 5'2" or so... she has a crush on a girl named Cherry, who is RPed by Brownie... they outta be hooking up quite soon. XD
Sandy likes to eat. She likes beer and tea. She doesn't clean up her room, so it's messy (which makes Cherry spaz)

Sandy doesn't take shit. You mess with her and you prepare for a fight. She isn't fond of most people, so she's quite the loner bitch to most people, but once you get to know her she's the cuddliest creature ever - even if she might nibble on you a little hard. ~^ She likes chewing things, it's her fetish. And she loves her long fingers. Eee... she's grungy, she wears what she wants, she doesn't do drugs or smoke. She just likes beer. Nothing else. Beer.

So yeah... this is Gravity, Devon and SilverWing. Yes, Devon is only like 4'9" and even shorter than SW. This is in character SW, know how you can tell? See the purple streaks in the hair? And in character SW has a lip ring in the middle, and an eyebrow hoop in her right eyebrow and a few more ear piercings and so on.

So yeah. This is a really meaningful piece to me, and if you know my characters you'll understand why. Thank you so much for giving me this beautiful gift, Kitty. It makes me so happy. I hope I didn't disgrace it too much trying to color it. The paper is different than what I usually use markers on...

SilverPaw... my actual me character. Most think SilverWing is - and in a way, you're right. She is me, but not my soul. Not all of me. SilverPaw is me, broken down into the most feral aspects that define us. SilverWing is more humanoid, more social, more trusting... SilverPaw is more feral, usually only drawn as a were (I tried) unlike SilverWing.

So, SilverPaw and SilverWing are me, but in a way - SilverPaw is more like me on the inside, SW just sort of represents me on the outside, what you see when you first meet me.
This is why SP isn't drawn as much... she's more feral, pure emotion and instinct.

She's a basenji... because that's the animal I feel is me, I feel that I'm not supposed to be a person - but instead a basenji... it's just... what I think I am, I definitely know I wasn't supposed to be born in this stupid human shell.

She's howling because she's depressed.

But distance and stigmas keep her from her.

I felt like drawing some of my characters and Devon and Triad were strong in me the day I drew this. I was thinking about stuff and thinking about them and what's going on in their lives and well.. I drew this. I was going to draw a realistic background but I ended up not liking this picture enough to do that. I see too many flaws in the anatomy and the positioning that I didn't want to waste my time on it.
But I do, kind of, like how this came out - despite the flaws, for what it means to me.

A little side note.. I've changed Devon's last name cause Satanica is lame and stupid and I made it up when I was young. Since he's French I was looking up French words and decided on Sentir, which means to feel.

Today I found out that Anima doesn't hate everything about me. Of course, it's not like he'd ever publicly admit it, and it's not like he won't keep hurting me, but we've come to a sort of understanding of each other... and he's very upset right now, for reasons I'm not going to type about here since they're very personal for him... let's just say it has to do with the one thing that's ever really mattered in his life. Just showing him I care, he's always known it, just not realized it.

I must keep reminding myself of this... Devon. Drawn at work. That's why this is a "WorkDoodles" folder. Since I tend to doodle while there's no one in the store...

I wanted to draw for Grimmy, so I asked her what to draw. She said to draw Jane hitting on one of my guy characters, and unforunately... Triad got chosen! >D He's gay, and hasn't ever liked girls, to be quite honest, having them touch him and such is gross to him, he can't stand it. So, he's spazing since everyone knows he's gay and usually leave him alone. MWAHAHAHA.

This was drawn about a year ago - Paula drew Sam - the pink poodle, and I drew Joseph - male SilverWing. This was Joseph's first appearance. ^^ We drew this when she visited me! I don't know why I never uploaded it, I just found it on my computer today and saw I hadn't uploaded it, so of course I had to. ^^ Sam is a pink poodle that is straight, Joseph is a flaming gay sheltie. He likes pink. Eehe. Paula colored, I just drew Joseph's pose!

This would be a stupid pen doodle Jolyn did on the same page as the Devon and Hayden one. However, here we have Zahjora and Lucas. Lucas belongs to Grimmorph and 'Jora is mine. They aren't really a couple... or... maybe they are? Who knows. They just met, hit it off and ended up screwing each other. Anyway, they get along well because they're both hybrids that have gone through a lot of shit. Funny how Jora was originally "created" to be with Dashande, and it was Lucas that saved her from being raped by Shande... so, we'll see what happens. It's so neat how characters just develop as themselves without any interfearance from the "creator." Interesting isn't it...?

Anyhoo... Jora and Lucas. And a cruddy background that I got a bit uh... carried away with.

Heh, well... Joseph is male SilverWing. Lucas is sorta like male Paula and well... Joseph happens to have quite the liking for Lucas. So, here he is giving him a smooch. Joseph is very... outgoing in showing his care for someone when he cares about them. o_o Unlike me. Alas. LoveYouPAULA.

I started drawing during school today, and this is who popped onto my paper - it's Judeca. He's a black mamba, oh the wonders of neurotoxins... >D Anyway, later in the day I got VERY angry (for reasons not needed here) and got the urge to complete this.

I felt like drawing some characters I hadn't drawn in a while, so Judiah, Eva and Lekura popped onto my paper. All of my neat colored charas. >D

Anyway, I won't be updating for about... a month to two months. I'm moving. And I won't have a computer or any internet access. I'll miss everyone so much. ;_; Thank you for all of the pictures everyone, I'll be thinking about you!

Doodled during Environmental Science today, it's... JUDIAH! I don't draw her enough at all, I love my purple vixen to pieces. Rawr. I love how her face turned out because it's so very... Judiah-ish. The height in this is 666 pixels. CREEPY. And my foot is asleep. *kicks it into wall*

I figured they would get along very well, since they symbolize very similar parts in our minds.
Then, I thought of Libriah, Judiah's sister... and I think Libriah would get along with Sariyah even better, so I'm drawing them together, and now Lindsay and I are going to make them a couple. ^^
So maybe Sariyah can meet Libriah through Judiah. So many IAHs, lol.
Anyway... I miss drawing Judiah. She usually wears all black, but I was feeling lazy. XP
