The Love of a Synirr

Birthday gift for a friend, Synirr, of her serval fursona. All this gifts I bought her this year had a bat skull theme, so this was sort of the inspiration for those. The skull is of a Straw Colored Fruit bat (Eidolon helvum), also native to Africa where Servals are found. Coming out of the skull is one of her African House Snakes (Lamprophis fuliginosus) .

Very late birthday gift for my twin star, Villian. It’s of herself, and I even had her pose for it. It’s got a small amount of symbolism in it. The gun is a 1890 German made gun, and Villian is in the military, stationed in Germany.

I worked extremely hard on this for months and months. At last it’s finished and I’m pleased with the outcome. I’ll frame it and give it to her when she comes home again.

A thank-you-gift done for a lady that gave me quite a few fantastic betta fish. She was so nice I felt she deserved something in return.

Gift/fanart for Silver Dragon. It’s... a year old at the least. Maybe more. Sooo, it’s not quite up to par with my recent work (because it’s not recent, amazing how that works huh?). But I found it in The Vault and finally finished the bloody thing! At least it’s something, right?

I drew it when she first did that “Love Test” that’s on her website and it gave me this idea.

Gift/Request for a friend. He needed a cool picture done of a male lizard, and I was displeased by the ones he was finding of female reptiles that looked strangely like a certain blue hedgehog.

Anyway. This is much lighter than the version he has or how it is IRL, because I have to brighten the white for VCL uploading. Hope it’s white enough now! I’ve very pleased with the end result however, I adore reptiles. I don’t draw them enough.

Uh… It didn’t exactly turn out how I wanted since it looks like Yami’s gonna do me instead of comfort me. ~_-;;;;; That wasn’t how it was supposed to turn out, but whatever, my bad. Scanner kind of messed up the colors.

Gift for my mother for Christmas. Turned out pretty good. But when I scanned it in the frame with my new scanner, it tinted my fur blue. So… it’s actually cool grey and it looks that way IRL- just not in this scan.

You can’t see it in this version, but there’s another version at my DeviantArt gallery that you can, but I drew myself with an extra long middle claw. Which I have IRL. So… just and FYI.

CannibalIves got my 400th hit and this is the gift for that. It’s Erin, as was requested. I hope I got all his colors right. I used at least twenty different colors when coloring him so… Yeah it took a few hours. Though not as long as ‘Winter Contact.’

See? Thicker, not fat. And more paw-like hands. Because they’re more fun to draw. Eh heh…

On an unrelated topic, I love fall and winter.

This is for Smashedupsanity of his characters Roy (black hair) and Erik (stripped). I had to wing it a lot on this one, especially not knowing what type of felines they were, so I went for a thicker face typical of the big cats- mainly the tiger. I was originally just going to leave it as line art, but then I worked on it a bit more, adding blacks and greys. I’m really annoyed that the scanned screwed up Roy’s eyes and made them look sort of brown. And while you can’t see it, they glitter. Glitter pen.

But I’m fairly pleased with this, considering I suck at cats most of the time and it was two in the morning when I finished this.

Surprise (sort of) for CannibalIves (TamZim) of Ives and my freaky self. As you can see I’m still dinkin’ around with my coloration, this still isn’t correct, but it’s the closest I’ve come so far. I’m getting there.

I’m pleased with how my hackles and Ives’s hair look… but not whole lot else when it comes to the coloring; though I still like the picture. Those little pinkish lines on my left arm are scars, and yes, I do have them (there’s a novel idea, that I actually have them). First time I’ve drawn myself with my third eye open.

This was drawn as a gift for Thronwolf because her art is so… mmm, elegant and smooth. In any case, I really liked it and I thought her were-side was just gorgeous, so I needed to draw it. I’m very pleased with the outcome of this picture.

The flower she is holding is a Lilly of the Valley, the flowers a bit discolored by scanning. It represents Fortune on Love; poisonous yet with healing powers; and making the right choice among other things.
