These Terms of Service are relevant to noncommercial projects only and are subject to revision, editing, and additions without notice.

Pricing, Payment, & Process

Displayed estimate prices are subject to change and not a final quote but a general estimate based on work done in the past involving one subject. Yours may deviate from the general standard of pricing based on a variety of factors.

Final quoted prices may vary depending on time, complexity, difficulty, size and medium of each individual piece (though this is very rare).

Clear and concise visual references and/or description of a commission idea are strongly encouraged to be provided by the Client. After which a preliminary quote will be provided by the Artist.

A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required by the Client before any work is started.

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission during the sketch stage and has already paid in full, the client is entitled to a 90% refund, minus the 10% deposit.

If the artwork is finished before final payments are made, the Client will not receive the original painting/drawing or un-watermarked image of the commission until final payments are made.

Alterations

Clients may have the opportunity to direct alterations of their commission in the sketch stage. One free major alteration and two free minor alterations are provided. Any additional alteration after that is $5 per alteration in commissions under $100.

o   Commissions over $100 are entitled to three major alterations and five minor alterations.

o   These are not finite terms outlined in the alterations section and may be altered at the Artists discretion.

No alterations will be made after the sketch has been provided with the final approval of the Client.

The Artist reserves the right to reject alterations if said alteration reduces the artistic quality of the piece.

Cancelations & Rejections

If the Client wishes to cancel their commission after the sketch stage is completed and inking and/or coloring has begun no refunds will be issued.

The Artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, and/or inability to communicate effectively in English.

The Artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason.
