An older sketch finally gets the color treatment. OK admittedly I did not learn how do make water in photoshop and cheated.. but it seems to have worked well enough. \r\n\r\nAnd she's a sea otter in case it's not obvious - which makes the title make sense. I think.

Ink and colored pencil on bristol. The arms and armor are more or less authentic.. if a bit to orange for brass and the like. It's from the whole christians to the lions thing in the arena. Well that's where it started at least. I dunno if he's christian. ;)

Hi there, the following batch is a bunch of things I made for the FC2002 art show. It's all made with a combination of ink and colored pencils on bristol. This one is clearly a tiger ;)

This one was an attempt to make a very dark furred character. It didn't turn out as well as I had hoped. But it was good practice regardless.

This is the front view of a character from a much older pic. Also it gave me a chance for another awful pun. Something I enjoy :)

A slightly older pic from this year. In this one I was trying a new shading method using mostly a black and white shading and multiply layers. Kinda a interesting look. And sabertooths are cool. :)
