I love this. I love how the wings came out and I'm definately going to start doing them like that way from now on (except I missed the third set of lighter blue feathers in the middle). I was adding too much detail to the feathers, which made them look grey (see all previous pictures of her wings). I knew it didn't look right but I was a stubborn lazyass 'ho. Yay for progress.

I got my first kiss there.

I have no fucking idea what the deal was with this. I wanted to try out something with watercolors, but couldn't find my brush. So I used whatever was around, including some sharpie markers. I'm stressing out hardcore. I'm really...not too pleased with this. Better days will come, hopefully.

Here's something slightly darker. A troubled (and sweaty) Florida Panther shares his woes. The real reason they're going extinct.

I really don't like this. But for the sake of scanning everything, here it is. A frustrated Florida Panther decides to relocate. These are quite possibly the rarest big cats in the world, with less than 100 in the wild. I've lived here for 20 years and I've still never seen one, even in captivity. He's doing what any wise floridian would do - head for the hills.

Don't know much about domestic violence in lesbian relationships, so this is just my theory...butch gets drunk, slaps femme around a bit and forces her to do stuff that she would normally do anyway. ::shrugs:: I hope my friends don't take this too seriously, but to hell with them if they do.

Can't seem to find my verithins, so I've been using regular ol' prismas lately. The color applies way too thick, which is why I got verithins in the first place...and for smaller detail...but this turned out decently :)

These are the portraits I completed for my old dream, The Twilight Garden in Furcadia. It has been over a year since I closed the dream down due to RL issues, but I wanted to put these out there as a sort of Portfolio of my pixel work. All were completed over the period of two years, some were scanned and cleaned up in MS Paint, others were quickly mapped out using the .FSH editor that comes with Furcadia.

TTG was a fairly popular dream and I may consider reopening it someday, but in the meantime here are the portraits I did for it. It really goes without saying but please don't steal them :< They took way too long to make and are for personal use only.

I'm proud of this simply because this is the first piece I've been able to shade yellow properly. I've always had trouble pencil-shading with yellow, so this made me feel really good. I hope Gelchan enjoys this as much as I had in working on it <3

About a few weeks old. I haven't had a major art block yet this year (knock on wood) but I have found myself getting very frustrated with certain drawings. And the whole transferring bit because ink hates me. So, while I should have actually been screaming into a pillow and making a mess of things, I decided to sketch this. So frustrated with drawing that I drew something to express it. That's how I know there's a problem.
