Changing CeeCee's (a weasle, not an otter)head fur style, now giving her somewhat head hair, all thanks to the wonderful work of Shelly Pledger who drew her so cute in a backup story. Also trying to add more background details of their surroundings. (And coming up with a universal anthro phone that both mammals and a bird can use wasn't easy). (C) S. I really wish this one was a little bigger, cause I personally love the facial expression I give CeeCee in panel one. The look of contempt is priceless. Anyway, nothing like living in a household with housemates with powers. (Last preview, wanna see more join one of the yahoo groups). (C) S. Howard.

Originally posted on Yerf during Christmas, I figured I'd put it on this gallery too. Got a lot of questions about his one originally. One would of advice, She's cute an all, but Don't eat Phenix's cooking if you know what's good for you. Phoenix's have quite a different sense of what's good than normal folk. Extinctioners copyright S. Howard 2002.

Perhaps my best "spaceship" like drawing. The SolarFox (the name of the ship that gives the group its name) escaping certain doom from Issue 1 Vol.1. I love this picture not only because it show's the SF clearly, but the effects Sully and Blummrich put ont he exploding fire balls looks awsome.\r\n\r\nSince though the SF has gotten an update and redesign by Max Blackrabbit in the Fox Hunt, backup story currently running in the book. Solarfox copyright S. Howard.

Ooh, look at the pretty lights in the sky, unfortunatly this is the last thing these Vulpins would see in the colored first issue of Extinctioners. I got letters about this one. Folks were kinda upset about what happened to the vixen int he foreground and the kit in the background.\r\n\r\nA panel from perhaps my proudest achievement as a comic artists, my first comic which made it in color. Not a lot of independent artists can say that, especially anthro artists. Wonderful color done by BLumrich and Sully (now if Eric will only take this issue off his Hall of Shame page. It got published man!) S. Howard 2002

I loved how this one came out. Eboni came out very good with a short hair style. She sports African weapons I managed to find on the net. And Farsight came out well too. I had been want to do a giraffe morph for some time now. copyright S. Howard

This was my very first commission ever. Thanks to the American Journal of Anthropomorphics Hugo found me and wrote me a request by snail mail. Imagine a college sophomore suddenly getting mail from someone who wanted them to draw for them. Sigh, those were the days, with so much free time. Now, I have none. Characters copyright Hugo C.

This is Frigit, the phoenix of water. Why water and not ice. Well Penguins are the only bird that HAS to have water in order to travel since they can't fly. Sure, there are a lot of water fowl, but only one that depends on it the most. (Plus I wanted a shot at doing a penguin). She's short, exciteable, and very childlike. Copyright S. Howard 2003
