For the marvelous twinkle-stah! My half of a trade. I think I have all the details right. She looks bluer in person, probably a little too "sugary" of a blue. XD

The star has a sparkly lining in it, but you can't really see it in the scan.

Batmoth Dragon

This started as a doodle at the same time as Twin Worlds Space Dragon, and the lineart for both I submitted to a coloring book... still don't know if they're in.

Colors inspired by the White Lined Sphinx Moth (which I totally didn't capture, those moths are so effing pretty).

The thirteen badges I churned out over the weekend for FC. The top three are gifts for Doc and Grinning, good friends, and Delta, also groovy friend and a gift in return for a lovely drawing she did for me. :D

Fun facts: DC is pretty, Rift has two rows of teeth, Kadath's horns turned out shiny, and Strano is composited.

Scanner totally washed out half the colors, lol.

08 - Fortitude

Raw energy is tamed and refined by the fine point of a tool. Marker and pen. Some white ink in there too.

Private commission for Benjamin Herrin. He wanted an anthropomorphic character doing Tai Chi. I chose an okapi. Done! :) It was a fun pose to work with.

Master Midnight

This is Horse. He belongs to twinklestah on DA.

I started drawing him at midnight, and finished just before the sun came up. :)

Chalk pastel pushed around with water like paint. Something a little different from my "usual" I guess.

Tip: If you try painting with chalk pastel, use brushes that are already fucked up, boar bristle or you just don't care about. Because the grain will ruin your nice sable and synthetic brushes.
