Yesterday, the World Trade Center was attacked and 6000+ people were killed in a couple hour's time from the two planes' distruction and the collapse of the 2 buildings. As a necrofur who can only judge events from the direct impact on me, I found this to be a VERY annoying circumstance. An onslaught of paperwork, higher building security, more rules implimented with stricter consiquences of volation, are some of the things I suddenly had to deal with. I did not and never would know any of those people and I wasn't up to roleplaying that I felt some connect to them somehow. Assuming that there was 6.4 billion people in the US of A, .00009% of them now aren't. Quantitatively, I don't see a problem, but that's just the nature of the living dead. |
