Suddah - Character Sheet

This has been sitting on my computer for several weeks... along with several other character/species model sheets. I've decided that it's about time I finished some of them.

Suddah's an older character of mine. I created him about 10 years ago, but I recently gave him a new color scheme because his old one was kind of... plain. I've been feeling like I've been neglecting some of my "villain" characters lately, so I'd like to get around to doing more character sheets of my bad guys since evil can be fun. XD
Those will most likely have to wait a few weeks though since I want to finish some other things beforehand.

The Gryphon Lords - Stormweaver

The Gryphon Lords series is a group of five abbreviated character sheets that I'll be working on over the next few months (I'll be trying to finish one a month). Each one depicting the five gryphon lords of Thera. What are the gryphon lords? Basically five guardian spirits made of pure energy that can take gryphon form. They're not gods... more like the Kami of the Shintoist religion.

I'm not normally a fan of characters that have different "forms", but since these guys are spirits, not immortals it works out. This series gives me an excuse to draw some non-traditional looking Theran gryphons.

Stormweaver is a weather spirit. He is believed to control all weather on Thera. I made him different shades of black and teal because those two colors remind me of thunderstorms.

Paxton - Character Sheet

Character sheet for Ryyl Paxton, another in one of my long line of gryphon characters.

This is a relatively new character that was inspired when I was watching Star Gate Atlantis and my boyfriend made a comment that Ronon's dreadlocks looked like weird sausages growing out of his head. I personally think dreads are sexy (I have even been considering getting dreads put in my hair ), so I was inspired to make a character with them.

Rikka - Character Sheet

Long overdue character sheet for my Velociraptor char, Rikka. Dinos FTW. She's actually named after my Trandoshan character on SWG... she's a similar color, too.

I need to stop working on art right before I go to bed because I had a really weird dream about this character last night. :/

Tori - Character Sheet

Yep... Tori's another one in my long line of gryphon characters. Although this is the first time I've really drawn him, he's not really a new character. He's appeared in some of my quick story scribblings that I've written but never posted anywhere several times. I'm actually pretty happy to finally sit down any work out what he looks like.

Adriaan - Character Sheet

'Nother character sheet. This one is long overdue since I created Adriaan around the 2003 time period, but I've never actaully drawn him because I could never think of any dynamic and exciting poses for an architect.

Like most of my other "human" characters, he's not human at all. He's actually an alien.

Sylvan - Character Sheet

Model sheet for my character, Sylvan. She... like most of my feline characters... is a hybrid species because one single feline species usually does not have all of the features that I look for in a character. To be more specific, she is a Lion/Lynx hybrid with a little bit of terra dragon ancestry.

Maverick - Character Sheet

I realize that I'm supposed to be working on other things... but I got this character idea in my head and he wouldn't leave me alone until I got him down on paper.

I'm pretty happy with him because I don't have a male anthrogryph character, yet... plus I have a thing for monks... and my only monk character is a Star Wars roleplaying character.

Okay... now I'm back to working on commissions and other ideas I've had in my head.

Dom - Character Sheet

Dominico's character sheet redone. I feel like I desperately need to work on my human(ish) characters a bit more so I'll probably be redoing most of their character sheets in the near future. On a side note, dreadlocks are sexy.
