this is a kirru, an alien species of furscape muck. they came from a homeworld far away, explored various planets and took specimens of the local wildlife on board, then settled down on wildplanet, having brought snow leopards and other critters there. they live on the trees, well camouflaged by their green fur, and have paws with two opposable thumbs ideal for climbing. this one is a scientist who currently watches the wildlife of wildplanet - i just don't know his name yet.

K'tauk'tau can change their colours; she has chosen a brown and green fur pattern, so that she doesn't stand out too much. Dedicated to mejeep and all hudsonfurs. This is based on my drawing on mejeep's whiteboard from my visit 1999 which showed a giant snow leopard in more or less this location and perspective, but I think that he deserves the credit more (thank you for all that you have done for me!) Gentle giants don't destroy, they protect.
