Elder Porcupine set his claws to the bark and climbed the tallest deadest tree in the forest every morning. Supposedly he was communing with the spirits, but in actual fact, it was the only place in the forest the Elder Mrs. Porcupine would let him smoke.

Lemurs in the wild have been observed "milking" the gunk off millipedes. They rub it on their fur to kill fleas. But since it's full of toxins, they also get high as fuzzy little kites, which got me thinking about a lemur warrior and his pet giant millipede, for when being a lemur warrior is just a little too tough a job...

Another tea label! I'd never drawn a tanuki before. There's a reason for that, or rather...two reasons. But we'll say no more about that.

The common smallrus is about the size (and shape) of a small slug, much beloved by gardeners for keeping bird baths and puddles clear of mosquito larvae. And c'mon! It's a smallrus!

Ambulocetus, that cuddly landwhale (a real transitional form having both the head of a whale AND feet, and which probably moved much like a sea lion) goes to the beach.
