Pencil and cheap sketchpad full-body attempt at another female New Caledonian Crested Gecko. Hardest part: Drawing lidless eyes while trying to avoid the glassy, pie-eyed drooling zombiegirl look. Favorite part: Drawing the sticky hands.\r\n\r\nI'm proud of myself. I didn't take the easy "foofy hair and big pants" way out for once. However, the feet look odd to me.\r\nOh well.\r\nAs yet unnamed lizard female (c) J VanDerBeck

It is not a provocatively posed portrait of a phemale pony. I repeat, it is NOT... < /cheesy attempt at alliteration > \r\nThat said, I'm not exactly sure what it is, aside from a black ball point pen on some copy paper. Ideas?\r\n\r\nThis object is in no way © to Jess Vanderbeck, and she takes no responsibility for its actions. Please don't feed the fevered imaginings!

Artwork © Jess Vanderbeck. Character concept also © Jess Vanderbeck. Pose referenced from some dubious periodical I picked up in Wal-Mart.\r\n\r\nAnyone who's paid an unhealthy amount of heed to what I've usually posted is probably scratching their head in wonderment. To wit:\r\n"Why, she looks completely different now!"\r\nThat's the really great part about having complete creative control over your own frighteningly disturbed, hideously malformed brainchildren. I like this incarnation better... More "ponyish" character, and less agonizingly tedious spots to (remember to) draw. Just trying not to beat myself about the head and shoulders for the anatomy here. Opinions?

Kitty-face. Technically, it's no particular cheetah, done with chalk on some construction paper I found on a shelf.
