	Image: Uni_Betrayed_by_luv_Pastel.jpg 594x600 92418 bytes 2004.06.28 Unicorn maiden Betrayed by Loved: Color Version 02 (Pastel) Notes: This one is another version of my Unicorn. It's actually mixed media, because I used ink, and color pencil too... but for the most part, it's Pastel pencil & White harcoal Pencil. The thing with Pastels is that they are soft, and you can't make fine details with them. So, it's better to work big... unlike this which is small... Also, Pastels should come out blurry & soft looking.... that's just how it is.

I don't know how that's going w/her... but, i hope it's all well & good. Anyways, It's originally drawn in Red sanford Color Erase pencils. But, I scanned it, then colored it in Adobe Photoshop.

I've colored this peice using a special Multi Color Pencil which I got in New York at "Pearl". It's called "CRETACOLOR JUNIOR" by "QUATTRO" # 34125 A very large and wide pencil, and a bit of a chellenge to work with.

	Image: ApisBull_Warm_Color.jpg 425x550 40038 bytes 2002.10.21 Apis Bull of Memphis (Original Vison Version in Warm Colors) Actually, the Apis Bull is supposed to have an Eagle on it's back, (according to some descriptions) yet it didn't quite fit in the pic, and I made the horns more like the Mid Western American Steers. The Bulls in Egypt actually have horns that curv upwards and round.

The Apis Bull of Memphis was believed to be the reincarnation of the god "Ptah"; and in some Eras, believed to be the reincarnation of "Osirus". (By the way, I don't worship idols, I just like to draw and read about 'em. So, don't be a party pooper!)
