Blitzster

I have been practising a bit more, trying to find the middle point between too dark and too light colorworks o___O;; Taking some wise advices, I'm trying to work with hightlights a bit more and not use those usual white lines I usually place on the character edges. Also, I want to test the colored linearts a bit more and see if that works or not... dunno, dunno.

Here is Blitz (lightningryu.deviantart.com) with her little minion Prost (pr0stsh0cker.deviantart.com). I can't remember the last time I drew her, and this comes to thank her for a little talk we had this summer :]

I think I'm going to create a wallpaper for my laptop with it, since the original file I colored is 3000x2000 pixels... xD;; Go me!!

Derr allowed me to color this fantastic lineart she did some days ago: The character pose was awesome, and really well done, and her character is one of the coolest ones I have ever seen ^___^ Not to mention the picture is so detailed, and full of feathers, it has been another nightmare to work with! XD;;; I know the cel-shading eats a lot of the underwork done there, but I think the overall look is worth the time and the effort.

(Background may look cheap and crappy, but it was the best choice to feature a mainly black character wearing dark clothes...)

Bladewind: Unleashed

Cooley is an awesome and talented artist because of her wonderful drawings, character designs, and digital style. Bladewind, her most famous design, is an amazing creation, and a challenge to work with (something I was hoping to do!)

I feel lucky to have had the chance to lure her to work together with this: She has drawn a really unusual image of Bladewind this time, showing her most confident side, a private and intimate situation maybe involving some she could feel even when she always keeps her shields up: I guess that's why she looks tender, affective and also like really caring for skifi, but still feeling wary.

Vaqueros

Another collaboration I have done this month, teaming up with Diman, and featuring our both main characters, Tokami and skifi. Full view is advised, but to give us feedback is even more recommended, lol xD;;

I'm still amazed at Diman's art... he can draw in sooo many styles, and be so variegated, it's almost incredible. This is the third time we have worked together, and may be the best one in my opinion.... let's see what do you all think: Feed us with your opinions and constructive criticism, it's the main key to find out what's wrong if we want to do it better next time! ^_____^

Captain skifi

I finally had the chance to collaborate with the awesome Delya, something I have dreamt about since... years ago! ^^ I admire her art and watch her since I found it online, and later I was lucky enough to get to know her not only as an artist, but also as a person. She has been kind, nice and friendly enough to draw this pic so I can give it some colors. You know the usual disclaimer: If it looks good, then go and congratulate her because the reason is her talent... if you find mistakes or dislike it, then blame me for that, because it's my fault surely ^___^;;

(Yeah, still practising digital work with PSP IX... slowly, but step by step... someday I will come back with full power, someday!!)

Mini Skeef

It's not easy to get used to Paint Shop Pro XI (works with Vista) when everything I have colored so far was done with Paint Shop Pro 7.04..... I can't handle all the new tools and settings, and everything works different, not to mention how dark colors seem to be with this program....

So I'm practising a bit more with some small pics before starting some major projects.... This was a little lineart done by Seel Kaiser she allowed me to color.... It's still far from what I want to do with my skills, but I'm getting closer....

No hands

Look! I'm not using my hands, so.... I'm not breaking soccer rules, am I? ;)

Cheerful gift Kimmeh drew and allowed me to color ^^ Since it was already shaded in the lineart stage, I used simple tones, to keep the spirit of the picture.... I know, even the background is cheap, but.... You know, I can't stop staring at the happy smile Kimmeh drew..... ^____^ *beams*

Frappuccinos

Photograph taken when Inuki visited me in Spain last january ^___^ I know she asked me to not show any of those photos if they feature her because she's really shy, but I think this one is really cute ^^

We were walking around the Palacio Real (Royal Palace) of Madrid, the official residence of the King of Spain.... we got a bit tired and since I love frappuccinos to the bites, we bought a Vanilla Bean Frappuccino Blended Crème for me, and a Frappuccino Blended Mango Citrus for her ^^

We wanted to get a photograph together for the album, so then we sat in front of the palace and asked a japanese tourist to take this photograph.... I think it's nice and tender, so that's the reason I wanted to share you both..... :3 *beams*

Lineart by Amuth Alexiel I got the permission to color :3 He is an amazing artist, still not well-known here in the furry fandom, but I bet his awesome skills will lure a lot of watchers to his gallery in no time ^^
